What is Fuel Pressure for car?

Asked by le2be Oct 21, 2014 at 07:22 PM about the 1990 Cadillac Eldorado Coupe FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 1990 Cadillac Eldorado tests at 35 PSI Fuel Pressure. The Pressure drops 3 pounds when RPM's go up. What is proper fuel pressure. Some GM service Techs say 30 to 40 PSI some say 44 to 52. Is 35 too low?
