did you look at the wiring to see if it is damaged? did you check the relay?

replace your key fob battery. It solved the problem with my 2012 when I did that. You can remove the key and pry apart the key fob.

The same problem in my 2009 sxt 2.4 trip, I have 4 remote controls and none works, besides the left rear door does not lock or unlock from the driver's panel, I had electrical problems before and solved them by reconnecting the poor quality cables in the rear door, i think that can be some like that, i keep checking

I have a 2018 Crossroads that I purchased in June of last year but I have a lot of miles on it and I have this same issue. From the posts I see about this same issue I suspect it may be a common problem. I guess I will try the dealer and see how bad I get screwed.

Tailgate wiring was all dry and cracked causing a short. This in turn prevented all of the doors to not lock or unlock via the fob and or the door switches. Pull back the rubber wiring loom between the body and the tailgate and you will most likely find the cause of the issue assuming you have checked the 3 fuses already.
