I have a 2011 Dodge Durango Citadel with AWD, and I would like to know how to get the transfer case out of neutral.

Have not tried the younger Durango´s but there should be a knob between the front seats that you turn to select between neutral, AWD, 4WD and 4WD low

I had the same problem. The neutral switch needs to be replaced
