It all depends on what you are going to do with the trucks most of the time short tubes will help your torque and low to mid. range performance. long tubes are better at mid to upper range rpms.
I'm going to be towing with it but I want to ad alittle speed an noise for when I'm not towing
I would put on a set of short tube headers ceramic coated if you can afford them that will help keep heat to a minimum and the headers will last longer use a set of stage a locking bolts to secure your headers.
I have a similar truck, 1500 Silverado 4.8ltr but I don't really toe anything at all unless it's a short trailer(four wheeler trailer) witch would be good for me and would I have to add more parts than just headers?? Like...better spark plugs, update computer, and tuning?? Lame anyone thanks
