Cam sensor shorted out

Sensor wires got shorted out have
no 12 V going to the cam sensor or
the map  sensor   Hard to crank runs
sluggish and over an idle speed drive
and it was shut down and now the
truck is shut down completely is there
a relay some wires that could be
shorted out from the wires being
shorted out on the camp sensor
harness

I got a 2099 Chevy Silverado HD and my truck did the same thing now it won’t start it’s been three months later $2700 I’ve done everything and I cannot figure out why I cannot get fired but will minus the Pults wire to the PCM is not sending a Pults to tell my coils to fire
