2011 cel flashing

Changed out plugs, wires and coils on a 2011
Silverado 5.3l z71. CEL is still flashing now. What
could it be. This is the wife's truck.

better to get the codes read at pep boys or o'reily's free before taking any guesses. it can be as simple as a loose gas cap. it takes 2 weeks to clear a CEL most of the time.

could be bad fuel.. my company vehicle had that problem and i found out it was gas. stopped going to that place.
