CEL flashing

Just had new pipes installed on my Chevy 1500 4 door truck. Today at lunch
the CEL flashed a total of 5 times and then when away. Hasn’t done it since.
No loss of power and no weird noises. Could it be the pipes I just installed
causing the issue or is this something else by chance ?

    coming down a mountain pass in 2nd gear. Get a flashing CEL but engine runs fine. After upshifting flashing stops. No codes when checked. Have replaced all parts associated with CEL. Any ideas??
