Do you have any reason to think the truck is not working properly? I see nothing in your question to think there was any damage.

And didnt know if i missed used it..bc i know im not supposed to use 4WDL on concrete or it grips to hard on pavement and messes up ur gears

You are OK using 4WD on hard surfaces as long as you don't make turns but in your case 3 wheels were on mud so there would not be any issue at all unless you were abusing the hell out of it.

Know im very anal abt my toyota..when 4WL did work i put it in 4WDH and down shift it to 2nd gear to get more power to pull it out of the mud further..i was jus worried abt the one tire being on harder surfice than the other 3 tires..thank you for your expertise

The issue with using 4WD on dry pavement is the fact that when turning, the front and back of the vehicle turn in different paths (radius). This will put a lot of stress on the drivetrain. When in 4WD on slicker surfaces the tires can slip a bit to relieve the stress. My 4x4 tires are very grippy so I still have to unlock to make tight turns in dirt, snow or ice is not an issue though.

Side to side traction differences do not matter because you have differentials. There is no differential between the front and back in a true 4x4.
