I first noticed that whenever I come to a complete
stop that it grinds for about a second. Also when
doing a 3 point turn per say, it would a very
noticeable grinding noise. So at first I thought I
needed new brake pads, but now I'm thinking a
new CV joint as well, but I'm not 100% sure
Best thing to do is pull the front wheels and inspect the brakes. CV joints do not normally make a grinding noise unless the axle bearing is bad, allowing the CV joint to come in contact with something.
