Most times when this happens at fill up with no or hard start its the evac valve stuck open and the purge cannister is full of gas and floods the engine and may need cleaned out and new purge canister filter and a new evac valve.

Sounds like you have a clogged catatlic converter or muffler. Do this test at night start vehicle and let idle for about 5-10 minutes then look under vehicle at the converter and muffler if any one starts to glow red it is clogged.

Also check the exhaust manifold coming from engine it will glow red also if clogged.

Alright so tonight we flushed out the throttle body and disconnected the battery ran great until I tried to get over 65 again checked the exhaust manifold and catalytic converter no red glow any other suggestions I've been running the car to burn the fresh treated gas through it it's a little better but still not where it needs to be

Take your vehicle to a parts store like auto zone who will scan the codes on the computer for free it will tell you why check engine light is flashing.
