hot air does not work perfectly!

Hello, I have a Toyota Corolla 2011, Now the season is Winter but every
morning before I go shopping,the distance from my home to my shop about
40 minute, start up my car for 5 minutes after that, I start to shop , I turn on
Hot air but it remains until 15 after that it may be good hot air but not perfect
hot. when the weather is freezing it requires more than 15 minutes.
please help me how to fix it.
