Sounds like bad battery or bad connections at the battery's cable ends, can you depress the brake pedal and with the ignition switch on put car into neutral. Then try to start car while its shifted into neutral. If it starts the selector switch on transmission is bad

It does not turn over or click but lights and radio will come on. Battery was taken in and found to be fine.
If connections are really clean and tight , it probably will need a new starter
Oops, just noticed the neutral start has already been suggested. Didn't see that Tooloose
Check and see if you brake lights work,.get somebody to stand behind car, it hard to do alone. If they don't work there is the problem. Check fuse and brake light switch. Also try starting in neutral instead of Park. If none on that is it, Take the Black Neg-- cable off the battery and put a jumper cable, or two of them from the Neg- post to the frame, chassis and block. If it starts then it's the ground cable on one end or the other. Sometimes the cable is damaged and not visible at the terminal or where it grounds, the 9th generation grounds to engine block, 2013 is probably same. Then if still no start probably starter solenoid. Are you past 60,000 miles? If not you are still under warranty for this.
