I have a 2011 Kia Forte with remote start but when I push the the two buttons which are suppose to start the car it just locks itself... Anyone know why

Well the light wasn't on before.. But now it is...

On my Kia Forte I push the "lock" button first and the the "start" button. I don't push both at the same time if that's what you are doing.
