Car isnt firing up and lack of power after
checking fuses to see if any were blown.
Yellow 20 moved to module 36 in error but
back in correct spot. Engine light came on

Always remember, there is an easy way to check fuses without having to take them out.
Going to have to pull a wiring diagram to see what circuit you energized and see what other circuit it is connected to and see if you blew another fuse. Also see if this wrong circuit has any burnt wires now that you energized it with potentially too high of an amp fuse. Also see what code is showing. I am assuming light was not on until your error? This code might lead you to the circuit to check? Did you fry a component on the circuit? Ignition switch? Just guessing but that would show nothing when you turn key. Not to scare you but did you fry computer? Going to take a step by step process. I would recheck all fuses again and see if any are blown.
Thank u kindly for ur help..didn't blow any fuses, no burnt wires, no code errors..etc nothing fried.. Would it be advisable 2 disconnect battery for 30 seconds to reset control module

Yes you can disconnect for 10 minutes. But a code reader is your best to help you with your search. eBay has the MS300 Autel (good brand). For $10 - $13 online and it will pull codes. Engine codes. I bought several for cars and camper. Just the negative terminal only.
Are you sure you found all the fuse boxes? Some cars have as many as 4. There are generally several in cabin, behind steering wheel, glove box, under seats, trunk, between door and dash driver side.
Car doesn't shift into passing gear. All fluids are good. I know its do for maintenance n planned on taking it in on Saturday.
One would think you have a code of some sort. Transmission code like a shift solenoid...P0750 - P0765 on most cars. Maybe relay or fuse for electronic controlled shifting module. Do a drive cycle (250 miles some shorter or instant) and if light comes back I would have it scanned and see if you have a trans. code.
If car is over 100K I would strongly suggest on doing just a filter replace and drop and refill only on transmission fluid. No flush, read online stories.
