Would this empty the radiator fluid all over the ground? I see a metal port that looks like it needs a small hose.

Also, after I changed the water pump and timing belt, the marks wouldn't line back up that I put on the old and new belts with the cams. Any ideas?

I'm gonna try to set the timing like I saw on a mechanic's website. Any idea what that metal port could be? Possible it's from a bad heater core?
