Water Leak after rain on rear hatchback area

Asked by gerard Nov 10, 2019 at 09:36 AM about the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2018 Pacifica has a water leak somewhere in the back. Carpet wet in hatchback area after a sustained rain. The car has been back to deals three times for at least a week. Each time the dealer has said the problem was fixed.  Just found water again. Will call when dealer opens Monday morning. Car was purchased new August of 2018. Lemon law?

If you want to pursue a lemon claim you should contact a lawyer that specializes in such things or you could contact Chrysler directly and see what they will do.
