You replaced an old worn motor with an old worn motor , the computers don't recognize the transponder or something and it won't start You should have come here first

You just created your own can of worms. Computer and wiring incompatibility. Now you need a pro to at least see if it will at least scan, if it does there might be some hope of making it compatible enough to run but don’t get to hopeful.

2002 and 2005 are not interchangeable. There is probably a difference in the tone wheels for the cam and crank sensors. 2005 is a one year only motor.

The 2002 2.7L engine and trans are new crate engine and trans. I just need to be sure that it may be worth swopping out the cam sprocket and the flywheel as one last thing to try before I scrap the project. Thanks for all the great feed back.
