2 much get a pre-buy inspection before you buy next time if you are not car saavy Sorry, I empathize with you but you made an emotional decision and yes you look good in that car !
I think this may be driven by fluid, take the back seat out as shown in the video. if the 2005 is electric I think it is mounted in the same location and should be any easy fix. You can pick one up in a junk yard.

I bought it through a car place in Dublin , Ca had a Car Max report apparently I got a LEMON............makes me sick.
So, you did purchase this car "as is" with no warranty?? I'm surprised that Car Max would sell a car in that kind of condition, therefore,. I would not even consider them reliable.. how much did you pay??
In general, Chrysler cars are not reliable.... Next time, look at an Asian car like Honda, Toyota, or Subaru.

One of my best friends has always driven Chryslers for over 30 years good luck all of them................I was just a fool to buy this car I am 66 limited income (still working) anyway looking at the car dealership feel totally taken advantage of,,,,,,,,,,I really did not plan on getting into all of this ! just wanted to see if anyone knew what it may cost to get a motor so I can use my convertible as I had planned.........................
check your relays and fuses and oil in your convertible top motor it may be behind seat or back by spair tire and check your switch on your cover over roof in trunck
