What is wrong with my speakers?

Asked by TommyG1992 Feb 24, 2020 at 06:07 PM about the 2012 Ford Focus S

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My speakers make a VERY loud popping sound a few times
an hour, randomly. It used to do it while playing music, but
now it wont play music at all. It also tends to make a snowy
TV sound (like a *Chhhhh*) mixed in with the popping
sometimes. The people at the dealership said that I could
pay $400 to attempt to fix it, bit if it's not the problem, the. I
would just be out 400 bucks. What should I do?
