If battery is dead then it's not turning over. Drain some oil out and findout how that extra oil got there and see if have coolant in the oil. Charge battery and check voltage, should be 12.4vdc minimum. If battery reads good, spray some quick start in the throttle body to see if it'll run for a bit, if it does, you have fuel issue, check fuel pressure and fuel filter. If it still doesn't start, check spark at the spark plugs
You may have a parasitic drain. I recommended pulling out fuses one at a time to see what electrical component is pulling power from the battery. If that does not give you any indications why your battery is being drained, pulled the power connector from the A1electric main relay, and connector to the keyless electronic brain box--and with these removed, you should see a change. On occasion the diode in the alternator may be the problem not charging the battery to its potential. Sometimes the battery cable is corroded and does not allow for a full charge. The potentially bad effect of having the battery go down is that the cars computer may need to be reprogrammed for systems like the emission control and automatic transmission shifting to work properly. The additional oil is a mystery, but may be also related to the fact that if you had a recent oil change, they may have simply added too much oil.
