i paid for add and can't find it

i went through the process to set up account and pay for add. I don't not see posting, nor did I get confirmation it completed. Instead I received welcome email followed by verification email.

what do you mean you can't help me. I see the money pending coming from my checking account. I paid for something, I just need to know how to see it.
