is there a fuse for the heater and ac fan in a 2004 chrysler 300M, and if so, where is it?

there is a fuse in the junction block on the left side of the dash. fuse #23 its a 30A fuse. it goes to the the blower motor power module which controls the blower motor directly. but that module also recieves commands from the body control module to control fan speed.

It only works on low and when you are driving the air is really cold is there another relay or fuse the 30 amp is good
