Why 2004 Chrysler 300M won't turn over?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

In 2015, the Timing Belt and spark plugs were replaced and I had these PO
readings as follows: Coolant Thermostat (regulating temp); Crankshaft
(Bank 1 sensor A); Evaporative Emission System Leak detected (very small
leak); Evaporative Emission System; Evaporative Emission System
(Incorrect purge flow). No problem until now. It turns over intermittently. It will
always start but will not turnover. When it does run I can turn it off and on
with no problem for several short trips. Then, the problem reoccurs. It
always start unless the battery drains. Sometimes if I let it sit for about a few
seconds it MIGHT turn over. The only thing I have done is "jumped it " and
replaced the battery. I have heard that there is some kind of part that opens
and closes...if it gets stuck is should be cleaned and if that does not work
replaced. Can anyone help me?
