knock sensor replacement

It's pretty involved, you don't state what engine you have, but assuming 2.7L, the manual says to remove the head, but some mechanics are saying you can access it just be removing the upper/lower intake and reaching it with a long 13mm wrench. The part is relatively cheap, it's the labor in getting to it. Why do you think you need a new one?
