Won't start,no clicking noise at all. But the lights work, inside gauges and radio don't work

possibly poor connection on the starter motor from the battery, or possibly new battery required a local automotive technician should be able to diagnose the malfunctioning automobile and fix it for around $200

check connection at starter, check battery (make sure is charged), starter needs replacement..

I have a 2004 sebring has power wont start . No clicking noise frome starter new battery and alternator. Im a chick with little money can someone please give me an idea. Could it be a relay or a fuse.
