2004 Sebring convertible touring Edition

Have replaced the battery 3 weeks ago. I put
the key in the ignition turn it and I get nothing
everything inside the car as far as accessories
work fine headlights are on and bright they
don't Dim when I try to turn key. Had check the
battery cable connections and as well as the
starter connection everything is tight and clean.  
Check both the interior and exterior fuses all
seems to be ok don't know how to check the
starter relay though but still she won't crank
