2009 ford timing problems

I put this 5.4 engine in time and when I hand crank the engine the timing marks
on the chain advance from the marks on the gears. Is this right before I put it
back to gether?

Are there cam phasers on the 5.4? Did you use a new chain? Phasers also have to be aligned with marks with certain valves in precise location.
