The best you can do is a new motor under warranty. A lawsuit is not going to get you anywhere.

They replace the motor, but the question is, with what? I doubt they are pulling new manufactured engines out of their plants for replacement. I suspect they are re- manufacturing the ones they took out earlier and putting them back in vehicles experiencing the same problem. I find it odd Ford has not announced what exactly went wrong with the manufacturing process to make all these engines defecting, in need of total replacement. Anyone know what was changed for 2019?

I have the same problem 2018 F150 5.0 but the Dealer(Auto Nation Marietta GA) will not acknowledge It . I have been taking it in every 1000 miles and the service guy will tell me to my face they topped the oil off ,but on the report sheets they put oil check level ok. Liars!!!!! This has been going on for 12000 miles ,and have complained to Ford Corporate and they believe the dealer.
