security and electrical issues

on my 2002 chevy silverado z71 when i insert the key nothing happens not
even the security light comes on even when i turn the key the insturment cluster
stays blank any idea

Its not the battery truck starts great and runs great but for some reason when i stop the truck the whole cab control stays dead even with the key turned back to on i also noticed today the the abs light and the park brake lights blink randomly and also the fuel gauge will go to empty and back to correct level everynow and then
