No fuel acceleration

I am able to start the truck and keep it
running, but when I press the gas the first
time I can go, however if I let off the gas
or apply the brake then try to press the
gas again I am not able to accelerate.

Any Check engine lights? What is the fuel pressure? Hesitation could be a throttle position sensor as well.

Spray some carb cleaner down the throttle ? There should be some codes , dirty injectors ?

No check engine lights. Fuel system is all new, pump injectors lines filters. I am thinking the Transmission.. Fluid level is good and the shifter is moving like it should so neutral safety switch seems fine. Any ideas after? Possibly torque convert or Trans rebuild?
