It could be a coil failure. It does not take much to get a short via crack or bad boot. I would pull it and take a look. It only takes a couple of minute and a 10mm socket.

Michael is correct about pulling the ignition coil after a visual inspection you should swap the coil to another cylinder and a spark plug to another cylinder and see if the misfire follows. If it does follow then what ever cylinder the misfire in on then thats your problem, If it stays the same then you need to check for other concerns. I see a lot of ignition coils failing on these cars. Hope this helps
