I put a new fan clutch in a new blade on the clutch and it still broke

I have a 2006 BMW 330ci convertible I had bought
a new fan clutch and a new blade to go on this
morning it had broke off while I was passed
somebody is not running hot and I put a new power
steering pump on it too and is working fine
