NO PROBLEM, AS LONG AS THERE IS OIL; WHEN THE ENGINE IS NOT RUNNING, YOU'LL BE SAFE.
The engine oil level on the dipstick is designed to be checked with the engine off. If the level is showing in range with the engine off, that is where it should be. With the engine running, the oil is being circulated through the engine and the levels will not be accurate.
Engine oil to be checked when engine is off. Some transmissions are to be checked when engine is running. If it has oil on the dipstick when the engine is off and the vehicle is parked on a fairly level surface it is fine and do not worry about it.
