How to cut on bright lights for a 2001 muggy

The lights button on have one mode I do not know
how to turn on the bright lights.

If you pull the turn signal towards you, then let go it will either flash the high beams or turn them on and keep them on. Pushing away from you will do the one that didn't happen

Push the turn signal stalk away from you for the bright headlights. Hope that helps! Jim
