Overheating

The temperature gauge on  My 02 mustang
starts heading towards hot when I have to
sit in traffic for a long time. I've had a new
thermostat, New radiator cap and it
continues to do It! Please help!!

check the radiator fan and its control circuit and try a cooling system flush
