If only driver's lock is responding, check the passenger side for sound or click when lock button actuated. If it clicks, the linkage is the problem. If no noise or lock movement on pass side, either solenoid is bad or connection is bad. The panel will require removal to determine which. A special tool is required to help remove the panel without damage. Panel clips may need to be changed before reinstall for correct fit. Check google and youtube for video examples.
