2003 mustang V6 3.8l heads

Looking for a head (Aluminum) but the types available state that the heads come with, split port "without access", and the other comes "with access". could you tell me the difference on heads, and maybe on installation?

Could it be accessories like the gaskets etc. Ask the vendor.
