I have a 2005 mustang gt 5 speed every time I press the gas the motor runs ruff and make a load grinding noise

STOP RUNNING THE ENGINE!!!!! Have it looked at by a REPUTABLE mechanic before you do anymore damage to the engine.

Had it looked at they drained the trany fluid and found no metal fragment and the check engine light won't go on the cluch is fine

Ok. If you are hearing a loud grinding noise something is very wrong. You need to have a mechanic look at it. Maybe not the same guys who said nothings wrong, cuz obviously something is.

You don't take TransAm77's advice you are going to spend a LOT more money than you are already going to have to.
