2005 Honda Pilot

Asked by GuruKB66Q Dec 07, 2019 at 09:23 AM about the 2005 Honda Pilot EX-L AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2005 Honda Pilot with 168,000
miles. Intermittently my car will not
start. When trying to turn over the car
all lights and radio works fine but I
don't get a crank or a click. I have
replaced the starter twice, had the
battery cable cleaned and serviced,
replaced the key but it is still
happening. Any ideas.

Check fuses and relays. Put your car in the run position (one click before turning over) and hear for a hum. If not could be that the fuel pump is not priming and you just might need to replace that. Make sure all wiring harnesses are tight and not loose.
