Car Air Vent makes a clicking sound when the air condition is on. The clicking sound last about 60 seconds or so.

One of your air for actuators is bad. Probably the recirculation air door actuator. If the clicking comes and goes when you switch between fresh air and recirculate, then it for sure is.
