why are my brakes squealing after they have been to a mechanic 3x

Maybe because you need a new mechanic? Did they use anti- squeal pads or compound?

Maybe you should swap out the rotors and pads for Powerstop drilled and slotted rotors. I use them on my truck and they have been very quiet and the price is very reasonable.
