I know this may sound mad but is there anyway that a rear brakeing system would have been fitted to the front. All the brake pads that look similar to mine are for rear brakes. Chrysler sebring 2004 2.7 V6 cabriolet

The front pads, are bigger than back one,s,may look the same but would not fit from back to front.

The front does 70% of stopping on any front engine car. They need to be more durable
