2003 chrysler sebring keeeps blowing fuse when you try to start car

Have Chrysler sebring that keeping blow fuse #8

I did a little research on this and many owners are having luck replacing fuse #8 under the hood with a good quality 20 amp fuse. Some go to 25 amp but that is not a safe practice. They are also finding the starter to be at fault. Maybe it can be load tested or replaced regardless.
