Everythinng Went Off

I was driving and my radio just went off all the lights on the dash came on my
windshield wipers just stopped working and my turn signals was blinking faintly but my
car was driving just fine, so i had to pull over turn my car off and when i went to turn it
back on everything started working again and it still was driving just fine so i want to
know what could that have been  and why did that happen and can i drive with that
problem because i work mon-fri my job only 5 min away.

You may have burnt a fuse. Might want to get a code reader or check them

Check battery connections. In sure that they are all tight and clean. Also check negative cable from battery to frame and to motor. Make sure they are tight and clean also.

Also check alternator voltage should be +- 14.5 volts. Check battery voltage also to in sure its taking the charge from the alternator.
