Could you help me with figuring out what is wrong work my car?

My car runs real rough when I accelerate. I did a
diagnostic at autozone and the codes were
po016,po700,po481,po480,po888 and po846. I
have replaced the cam and crank shaft sensors
but it still runs the same. What can it be?

P0016 is a cam shaft position A code. P0481 is a cooling fan relay code. P0700, P0888 and P0846 are transmission codes. You are saying you car runs real rough, I would look into the transmission codes next. Have a transmission mechanic near you diagnose your issue. My guess is you might be looking at a rebuild due to how old your vehicle is.
