I hear bearings going out ..

I hear bearings going out and the noise
is coming from the front left side of the
car in the front of the engine .. but i cant
tell if its the alternator or something
below the alternator and idk if there is
the water pump down there or not but i
dont think the noise is coming from the
alternator.. so what do you think. It could
be?

You can pick up a mechanics stethoscope from Harbor Freight to help pinpoint the noise. Set you back $7.
