Can I run a blow off valve and a diverter valve at same time and would I need to get tuned or can and run it that way my second question is if I install a cold air intake do I have to have it tuned...

In order to get more power can I simply just install bigger injectors on my 2003 Volkswagen Passat 2.8 30 valve without changing fuel pump? I already have intake system and exhaust by the way!
