2001 Dodge Durango stalling when cold

Asked by Cessnamike2 Mar 26, 2014 at 11:00 AM about the 2001 Dodge Durango Sport RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2001 Dodge Durango with only 51,000 miles on it tends to stall
when I come to a stop and leave it in drive, but only when I have not
given it 5-10 minutes to warm up before putting it in drive. I read some
other reviews about Durangos stalling, but nothing that quite explained
this problem. Once it is warmed up, I never have a problem. Anyone
have any ideas?

first of all tell me if you have done any services to your car, like tranny service, or something else, and in some cases, in some vihicles this reaction means torque converter, also if you have done tranny service believe it or not you think you install the tranny filter fine but that could be the problem, also check if you have air hoses disconnected.
