Either you turned on the dome light switch on the dash or it's one of the door latches. The switch for the dome lights are built into to latches on most near vehicles now. You can try spraying P.B. Blaster or WD 40 into the latches then open and close the doors repeatedly about ten times. Sometimes it works as a temporary fix. Start with the drivers door

I have had the same issue on two occasions. I google searched for solutions, open and shut the door repeatedly, sprayed WD40 etc. In the end, on this occasion, this really was no more difficult than pressing the dome light on/off, on the passenger side, but sitting in the car with doors shut. Why it turned itself on, is a mystery. But it cured the problem ... for now.
