Computer in car checks tires air pressure

I want to put a set of tires on my rondevue
that doesent have reflectors on them so
comouter can sens air pressure will my var
still operate normally without those
sensors?

Thanks ive been driveing 51 yrs and never had one and didnt need it so ill just put something over the dash alert billboard its on alk the time never had a car fail with check engine light on. But ever sence 1990 every car ive bought has been a used car and ALL OF THERE CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS WERE ON TILL I RECYCLED THEM AND NONE OF THEIR ENGINS EVER FAILED IT WAS ALWAYS SOMETHING ELSE. :) i believe i can put up with it for a set of 4 tires with only 2000 miles on them...
